Shipping policy

  • Products shipping area covers Puerto Rico and the United States.
  • Orders are processed for shipment from Monday through Wednesday 3pm (Shipping days), any order received from Wednesday 3:01pm through Sunday will be process the following Monday.
  • Orders are processed the following shipping day after it is received. For example, if an order is received on Monday, it will be processed and ship on Tuesday.
  • Damage packaging claims:  In the unlikely event that the package of the product arrived damaged, e.g., broken box with the product exposed, it is required from the customer to send a picture of the packaging as received on the SAME DAY it was received. The customer can upload the picture to sales@cinnamixrolls.com, it is also required to leave a comment.
  • Mailbox or P.O. box does not qualify for shipping.
  • The customer is responsible for enter the residential shipping address correctly with no mistakes. Any access codes for any gated community, access controlled complex, condominiums, etc. must be provided.
  • Cinnamix Rolls will not be responsible for incomplete or wrongly entered shipping address.
  • If the order could not be process through our website, you can email us describing the issue and we will gladly process it for you.
  • Fruits toppings like Strawberries and Blueberries are not applicable for shipping.
