Products shipping area covers Puerto Rico and the United States.
Orders are processed for shipment from Monday through Wednesday 3pm (Shipping days), any order received from Wednesday 3:01pm through Sunday will be process the following Monday.
Orders are processed the following shipping day after it is received. For example, if an order is received on Monday, it will be processed and ship on Tuesday.
Damage packaging claims: In the unlikely event that the package of the product arrived damaged, e.g., broken box with the product exposed, it is required from the customer to send a picture of the packaging as received on the SAME DAY it was received. The customer can upload the picture to sales@cinnamixrolls.com, it is also required to leave a comment.
Mailbox or P.O. box does not qualify for shipping.
The customer is responsible for enter the residential shipping address correctly with no mistakes. Any access codes for any gated community, access controlled complex, condominiums, etc. must be provided.
Cinnamix Rolls will not be responsible for incomplete or wrongly entered shipping address.

Fruits toppings like Strawberries and Blueberries are not applicable for shipping.
